Product Overview

This power cable, model ZRYJV22, is an armoured AC cable manufactured by Zoom Link. It features 2 to 5 cores made of high-conductivity red copper, insulated and sheathed with durable PVC. The cable is round in shape, armoured with either steel wire or steel tape for protection, and is certified to ISO, IEC, BS, and CCC standards. Each drum is 100% tested to ensure quality, with a minimum order quantity of 5000 meters available at competitive factory pricing, including free samples.

Key Specifications

These insulated and fire-resistant power cables, suitable for fixed installation in 50Hz AC power distribution systems up to 6kV, are constructed with PVC or XLPE insulation. They are designed for a maximum continuous operating temperature of 70°C and can withstand short-circuit temperatures up to 160°C for durations not exceeding five seconds. Installation is versatile, permitting vertical drops without restriction, provided the ambient temperature remains above 0°C.

The product line includes multiple configurations featuring copper or aluminum conductors, with options for steel or aluminium wire/tape armouring (SWA/SWT/AWA/AWT) and a PVC sheath. A comprehensive range of cross-sectional areas is available, as detailed in the specifications.
